Yes, we do! Our store is located on the beautiful and artistic Granville Island. We are open to everyone who loves beads!! So come visit us at 103-1551 Johnston Street, Vancouver, BC Canada.

Our beads are sold temporarily strung in strands. They are usually 15-16” unless otherwise stated.

The most commonly used unit of measurement for beads is in millimeters (mm). For example, if it said rectangle 13x8mm, it means that the height of the beads is 13mm and the width is 8mm. Sometimes, we add a third measurement to provide you with the thickness of the beads.

Kimdoly Beads is both a retailer and wholesale supplier.

To join our wholesale program, Kimdoly Beads requires at least one of two forms of documentation: your business license and/or your tax certificate. All documentations must be current and valid to be qualified for the wholesale account.

We cannot retroactively apply the wholesale discount on previous orders, so please wait for your confirmation email before placing a wholesale order.

Orders shipped to British Columbia will be subject to 7% PST and 5% GST. Orders shipped to other parts of Canada will be subject to 5% GST.

For all customers ordering from outside of Canada, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay Canadian sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.

British Columbia customers with a valid PST license must upload their BC PST certificate onto our website when signing up for an account to avoid being charged PST. If your PST number is not provided in your order, PST will be charged and will not be refundable.

All prices shown are in Canadian. If you are an international customer, your credit card provider will convert your order amount to your currency.

We do jewelry repairs on certain types of jewelry, so bring in your piece of jewelry into our store on Granville Island so that we can let you know! Any works that involve soldering or gem-mounting cannot be done.

At this moment we are not offering classes in our store on Granville Island. Don’t worry if you still want to start playing with beads as we offer quick tutorials in-store.

We do not have a printed catalog. The best way to receive the most up-to-date information about our products is to come visit our website frequently.

Product FAQ

Natural stones and crystals are products of nature. There may be variations in texture, colour, veining, and pattern that make the stone beautiful, and therefore should not consider them as flaws. Since all stone beads are hand-cut, slight variations within a strand should be expected. All Natural stone is unique… no two stones are alike.

We try our very best to provide you with the most accurate information about all products. All of our photos are taken with our best effort to share with you the most accurate representations of the products.

Note that the pictures and your monitor may not accurately convey the actual colour shown.

As we frequently introduce new variety to our always expanding selection, if you are unable to find a particular item you have seen before either in-store or online, we may have ran out of stock and no longer carry it in our inventory.

It can be one of the following reasons:

1. We currently do not have enough in stock to sell it on the website.

2. We may have ran out of stock of the particular item and thus it’s now discontinued.

However, we may still have one or two strands available in the stores, so don’t hesitate to call us at 604-683-6323 and ask.

We are unable offer backorders for out-of-stock products.

Order FAQ

Once we have received your order, we will put together your order based on what we have available in stock. The online inventory does not always reflect our actual store inventory. Therefore, sometimes you may have been able to buy the item when it is not in stock. In these cases, we may email/phone you to verify your order.

We aim to dispatch your order with 2 working days of receipt. We process orders in the order they are received, with expedited shipping methods receiving priority. So, should you require the order expedited, let us know so that can be arranged.

Only ONE discount can be applied to each order. If there is already a sale running for the products in your shopping cart then the discount code cannot be used on top of that promotion. Discount codes are activated upon subscription to our emailing list, so make sure you have signed up online and agreed to receiving our emails.

Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced or labelled. Should there be any such issues, there may be a delay in shipping out your order. We will reach out to you via email to verify details of your order.
